DockAdd has a transporter who is the specialist in providing reliable transport services. You will receive an email from DockAdd with information when the order will be delivered to you.
Not at home?
If no one is present at the delivery address, we would like to ask you to leave a note for the carrier, so that he can deliver it to the neighbors or leave it at your address with your permission.
If it is not possible for the carrier to deliver it, it will try again the next working day. Unfortunately, we will have to take the second attempt into account. We ask you to take this into account when specifying the delivery address (home or work).
Retrieve at DockAdd
You can pick up your order at DockAdd in Amsterdam. This is possible from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm and on Saturday morning from 9 am to 11 am. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready and can be picked up. If you pass on when you pick up the order, we will ensure that we are there. This in connection with appointments outside the door.
